What is Broadband Phone?

Broadband Phone is a Voice over IP (VoIP) service supplied to 

our customers by Gradwell. VoIP is a system that allows phone 

calls to broadband phone service be made and received through 

an Internet connection broadband phone service.

Broadband phone service, to use Broadband Phone you'll need a headset, microphone or a SIP compatible 
USB phone. You can also use a standard broadband phone service telephone handset connected to a 
suitable router or ATA device broadband phone service.

As well as being able to call other Broadband Phone and VoIP users, you can make and receive calls to and
 from landline, mobile and international numbers. When your account is ready you'll be asked to choose a
UK geographic (01/02/03) number. This can be broadband phone service used to call your broadband
phone line from any phone service broadband phone service.
